If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your SOAKA Inflatable 6-Person Hot Tub within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to start a return

Start your return online with your order number and the email you used — you'll get a reference number instantly and can track status any time. Prefer email? returns@soaka.netprofitacademy.com with your order number works too.
We will schedule a free pickup within 5 business days.
Once we receive the return, we will issue a refund within 5 business days.

Return conditions

The product must be in sellable condition.
Normal use wear is acceptable.
